Our Research
The Metabolic Health Lab brings together researchers, clinicians, and data scientists to study how nutrition shapes metabolic health across the lifespan. Our work explores how genetics, environment, diet, and lifestyle interact to influence metabolic function and disease susceptibility. Using advanced tools such as metabolomics, microbiome profiling, and clinical phenotyping, we study metabolism as a complex and interconnected biological system.
The lab supports research programs ranging from basic cellular metabolism to clinical and community-based nutrition research. We are particularly focused on identifying early biological markers of metabolic dysfunction and developing targeted nutritional and therapeutic interventions. Through collaboration across scientific and clinical disciplines, we accelerate the translation of research findings into real-world healthcare strategies.
Our goal is to lead innovation in metabolic and nutrition science while supporting education, clinical care, and public health initiatives that improve long-term metabolic outcomes.
